As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations. About the RoleWe’re seeking passionate, friendly, and proactive team members to join us as Guest Experience & Trail Officers at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. In this dynamic, guest-facing role, you'll play a key part in delivering unforgettable experiences both during the day at our Sanctuary and in the evening for our Astra Lumina night-time trail.By rotating through key touchpoints of the guest journey - from entry and ticketing to guiding guests along immersive trail environments, you’ll ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome, clear direction, and exceptional service. Whether you’re assisting with ticket sales, responding to guest inquiries, supporting crowd flow, or addressing unexpected situations, your goal is to help create a magical and safe experience for all.You’ll also support broader operations, including evening event preparation, commercial and hospitality service areas, light cleaning and path sweeping duties, and maintaining the overall presentation of guest areas. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a customer-focused mindset, a team-first attitude, and confidence in engaging with a diverse range of visitors. Experience in tourism, events, or hospitality is desirable. About the Role
We’re seeking passionate, friendly, and proactive team members to join us as Guest Experience & Trail Officers at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
